It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. But not in my school.
My teachers love me much. So I have exam on Thursday!
Cause why not?
As you can see at the beginning I have a lot to do. It's nearly Christmas and I have a to think about learning. I was also working on blog overview. I think that technical things like templates and background pictures are my favourite aspects about blogging. I really enjoy finding out how to change html even if I have to look for answer for many hours.
Whatever this week I made gingerbread stars. Actually I'd never baked taste gingerbread before those. They were delicious! I'm not joking when I say that you have to try them out!
I took some to school and went back with nothing. My friends loved them!
For about 50 gingerbread stars you'll need:
375 g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
120 g cold butter
4 tbs honey
vanilla extract
1 egg
175 g brown sugar
gingerbread seasoning
Mix flour and butter together until it'll look as breadcrumbs.Add rest of ingredients and knead. Preheat oven to 180-190C.
Roll out your dough and cut out stars or anything you want. Put on tray with baking paper and bake about 11 minutes. Leave for cool and decorate (perfect icing = glass of caster sugar + tsp of water). Enjoy!
